Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR)

You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data under Article 17 of the UK GDPR ("right to be forgotten"). Use this form to submit a data deletion request for your Jeff Says account.

What to expect:

We will acknowledge your request within 5 working days. We aim to action all deletion requests within 30 days, as required by UK GDPR. In exceptional circumstances, this may be extended to 90 days, in which case we will inform you of the reason for the delay.

We may need to contact you to verify your identity before processing your request.

Types of Data You Can Request to Delete

Account data — your name, email address, profile preferences, and login credentials
Conversation history — all messages exchanged with the AI assistant
Habit and action data — habits, actions, check-ins, and progress records
Device data — push notification tokens and device information
All of the above — complete account deletion and erasure of all personal data

Please note: Where your personal data has been included in anonymised, aggregated datasets, it is no longer possible to identify or extract individual data from these sets. Aggregated data is therefore not subject to deletion requests, as set out in our Privacy Policy. This is consistent with Recital 26 of the UK GDPR, which provides that data protection principles do not apply to information that has been rendered truly anonymous.
